Job Description:

We are seeking for a dynamic and result-oriented Presales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and qualifying them for the sales team. A good understanding of the Mumbai & Thane real estate market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads.
  • Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
Key Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet lead conversion targets.
  • Positive attitude, persuasive approach, and willingness to learn.
