Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver compelling product or service presentations and proposals.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure client commitments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory. Post-graduation or MBA is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
